Magic at the Adelaide Fringe Festival
Luke Osey on stage in 1 Hour of Insane Magic at The Garden of Unearthly Delights, Adelaide.
Earlier this year, I had the incredible opportunity to perform at the Adelaide Fringe Festival in Australia — one of the largest and most vibrant arts festivals in the world - with our show 1 Hour of Insane Magic.
Our show was in the unbelievable Umbrella Revolution tent at The Garden of Unearthly Delights
A Festival Like No Other
The scale of the Adelaide Fringe is mind-blowing. From street performances to full theatre productions, every corner of the city comes alive. As a magician, it’s the perfect environment — people arrive ready to be surprised, delighted, and entertained. Performing to an international audience is always a treat.
A Spotlight on TV
One of the highlights of the trip was being featured on Channel 10 News in Adelaide. Getting to showcase our magic on television was surreal, and it helped share our magic with an even wider audience.
Why Festivals Matter
What makes festivals like Adelaide Fringe so special is the connection they create. Magic is all about shared experiences — the moment of astonishment when something impossible happens right in front of you. At the Fringe, that feeling is multiplied a thousand times over.
Bringing That Spirit Back to the u.k.
While performing internationally is always exciting, my heart is in Edinburgh and the U.K. While it’s nice to be in the sun, I’m now back inspired and refreshed.
Whether it’s at a wedding, corporate event, or private party, I love creating that same sense of wonder and connection here.
If you’re planning an event and want entertainment that feels as unforgettable as an international festival performance, get in touch — I’d love to bring a touch of magic to your guests.
